People Make the Difference New Perspective receives national recognition for employee retention
April, 2006...New Perspective is a recipient of Assisted Living Executive magazine's first-ever "Best of the Best" awards. Editors of the publication surveyed assisted living providers from across the nation, selecting ten winners for innovative operational strategies that resulted in quantifiable change. New Perspective's "C-Bash" parties enable early identification of candidates who are likely to find fulfillment in the challenging caregiver profession, resulting in a 77% average retention rate (1 year +) for new hires, with one "C-Bash" producing a retention rate of 90%.
