




Todd is the founder, president and CEO of New Perspective Senior Living (NPSL). His mission-driven, goal-oriented leadership is aimed at putting Resident Firsts in everything we do ensuring that all seniors at a Lighthouse Community receive attentive, personalized respectful care that enables them to live with purpose and age with dignity.
Before founding NPSL, Todd was a senior vice president for domestic and international franchising for Carlson Companies in Minneapolis. Prior to Carlson, Todd spent 20 years at Chabot Management Company serving as president and CEO. His partner and he developed, owned and managed 61 restaurant and hotel properties. The pair was responsible for site selection, financing, development, construction and management of the facilities.
Since 1998 Todd has developed, financed and operated senior housing communities in four states, providing secure, home-like environments for hundreds of residents.
Todd has Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts degrees from St. Cloud State and Mankato State Universities in Minnesota respectively. Todd is active with industry associations and is a member of the Assisted Living Federation of America, CEO Executive Roundtable.

Ryan is responsible for directing the company's fiscal functions, overseeing business performance, investments, strategy and growth initiatives. He is actively involved in the development and implementation of operational and financial strategies and systems, budgeting and forecasting, financial analysis, marketing, cash management, procurement, capital expenditures, acquisitions and financing/structuring new development projects.
Prior to joining New Perspective Senior Living Ryan served as Vice President of Equity Research for two multi-billion dollar financial services firms in located in New York and Minnesota. Previously Ryan was engaged in equity research and investment banking, and mergers and acquisitions at Piper Jaffray in Minnesota. While at Piper he was involved in closing over one billion of IPO and M&A-related financing.
Ryan graduated from the University of St. Thomas in Minnesota with a Bachelor-of-Arts Degree, majoring in Finance with a minor in Economics. Ryan holds professional certificates from the Erickson School at the University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC) in the following disciplines of the Seniors Housing & Care executive education program: Seniors Housing Executive, Finance, and Sales/Marketing. Ryan is active with industry associations and is a member of the Assisted Living Federation of America, CFO Executive Roundtable and sits on the Operator Advisory Board for the National Investment Center for Seniors Housing.

As Vice President of Operations for New Perspective Senior Living, Scott oversees delivery of all day-to-day programs and services for residents in our Lighthouse Communities.
He began his career in skilled nursing as a social worker, eventually advancing to full management of memory care neighborhoods. Before joining NPSL, Scott was regional manager for a large senior living provider overseeing multiple facilities in multiple markets.
Scott has specialized in senior living since 1997. He is noted for championing person-centered, resident care through strategic, laser-sharp focus on staffing, team member relations, and delivery of innovative services and cutting edge dementia care. He has led many successful initiatives to optimize customer and team member engagement.
Scott holds both Bachelor of Science and Master of Arts degrees from Western Illinois University. Scott is active with industry associations and is a member of the Assisted Living Federation of America, Regional Executives Roundtable.

Vice President of Development and Facilities for RNT Development, A New Perspective Senior Living Affiliate, Eric Anderson is tasked with leading all of RNTs new project development initiatives, including land acquisition, survey and environmental analyses, title work, market research, financing, city/county/state entitlements, facility maintenance, insurance, safety and capital expenditures.
Eric brings a wealth of experience to his position. Prior to joining RNT, Eric worked 22 years for the City of Edina, Minnesota, most recently as Deputy City Manager. There he directed some of the City's most prestigious real estate developments, including Centennial Lakes, Grandview Square and the Edina City Hall and Police Department. His background as a city official and experience with public real estate developments contribute significantly to his customers' projects, particularly with site selection, acquisition, municipal use permits and approvals. Eric's development duties included design and construction coordination, financial packaging and lease or sale negotiation, and he showcased these skills by achieving city approval, Starwood®-brand approval, a financing commitment and a successful condo sales launch within a six-month window for the $120-million Westin® Edina Galleria Hotel and Residences project.
Eric has a Master of Arts in Public Administration with concentrations in management and policy analysis from the University of Minnesota Humphrey Institute of Public Affairs and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics and Political Science, graduating with departmental distinction in political science from Hamline University, St. Paul, Minnesota.

Terry L. Lawrence joined New Perspective Senior Living in September 2011 as vice president of health and wellness. In this newly created position, Terry is responsible for the health and wellness of all Lighthouse residents and team members. He works with the directors of health and wellness to foster a Residents First culture that focuses on ensuring that our residents are living with dignity, safety and joy.
Terry brings more than 17 years of experience in healthcare management. Prior to joining New Perspective Senior Living, Terry was the executive director for North Memorial Hospital where he was responsible for the overall strategic leadership for the North Memorial Hospital multi-campus system, and operational leadership for Surgical Services. He also has held management positions with Thedacare, Appleton, WI, Professional Internal Medicine Services, Milwaukee, and Covenant Health Care System, Milwaukee.
He is active in the Institute for Healthcare Improvement, Medical Group Management Association and the Society for Healthcare Strategy and Market Development. In addition to his professional affiliations, Terry participates in several community organizations as an avid runner and half marathoner.
Terry holds an MBA from Cardinal Stritch University, Milwaukee, and a bachelor’s of science in business and psychology from the University of Wisconsin.

As director of construction, Nic supports the development and maintenance of the state-of-the-art New Perspective Senior Living facilities in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa and Illinois. He’s responsible for providing secure, welcoming environments that residents find easy to call home.
He is also engaged in information technology support throughout the company.
Prior to joining NPSL, Nic worked in the retail industry managing in-store displays in more than 6,000 outlets. He also held an oversight position in customer service and supported sales and marketing design teams.
Since joining NPSL, Nic has successfully completed construction of assisted living and memory care facilities in Waconia, Columbia Heights and Cloquet, MN. He also managed construction of NPSL communities in West Bend, WI and Silvis, IL that expand our company’s offerings for independent living.
Nic is also an accomplished pianist with a number of published compositions and instrumental recordings.

John's primary responsibility is to ensure that New Perspective Senior Living team members are proficient in the work they do. But more than that, he works to be sure team members know the important role they play in fulfilling our Resident First mission and the personal impact they have on the well-being of the individual resident.
Prior to joining NPSL, Murphy held senior training positions with The American Cancer Society, Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and Hartford Financial. He is a master at identifying training needs, creating unique solutions that meet those needs, and managing resources to deliver superior results.
John is a member of the American Society for Training and Development, the International Society for Performance Improvement and is a certified personnel coach.
He has earned Bachelor and Master of Arts degrees from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul and North Dakota State University, Fargo, respectively.

Heather leads the sales and marketing initiatives for New Perspective Senior Living. In this role she serves as a consultant and one-to-one trainer for our sales teams, developments and implements NPSLs marketing plans, and helps enhance the Company's reputation, brand and reception of our Lighthouse communities.
The scope of her duties encompasses aspects of quality control and improvement, and expansion of NPSL's position in the market through the strategic use of all communication channels. She also keeps an eye opened to anticipate market trends, helping ensure that The Lighthouses of NPSL are set to meet the needs of a growing senior population as they develop.
Heather brings more than 25 years of experience in a variety of health and wellness settings, including four years with a non-profit senior living company serving the Twin Cities area.
She holds a Master of Arts from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor of Arts from Long Island University in New York.

Tina handles all day-to-day accounting activities for New Perspective Senior Living to ensure accurate and timely distribution of financial reports for each of the NPSL Lighthouse communities. This includes payroll functions, oversight of accounts payable and receivable and the general ledger.
She also directs and coordinates company financial planning and budget management and helps identify benchmarks and metrics across the various community departments to enhance efficiency and drive steady income growth.
Tina brings with her solid additional years of accounting and financial experience in the banking equipment and agribusiness industries.
She has earned Bachelor of Arts degrees from both St. Cloud State University and Metropolitan State University in Minnesota.
